The Party Poker Card Rush promo kicks off today so it’s time to either log in or sign up for a new account at Party Poker. This promotion lasts from February 1st to the 28th and it’s giving out a total of 1.8 million prize cards. On top of that, Party Poker is giving out additional prizes to the people who win the most cards.
Cards and Prizes
Every single card contains a random prize. You might get a card that gives you 10 Party Points or a card that gives you $5,000 in cash. It’s all random but the more cards you earn, the better your odds are of getting a nice prize.
Earning these cards is easy: every time you accumulate 15 Party Points, you get a new card at random. Party Points are earned by playing in real money gams at Party Poker. For every $2 you pay in rake or tournament fees, you get 1 point. In summary, every time your total rake reaches $30, you get a new card.
All cards give out Party Points, but some cards give you additional prizes. Here’s a quick look at what you can win from each card:

Card Rush Race
The above prizes are only a part of this promotion. In addition to those prizes, you’ll get prizes for earning “card leader points.” All cards that give you at least 150 Party Points also give you rush points for the leaderboard. The people who end up with the most leaderboard points will get additional prizes on top of everything they’ve earned from their cards.
The first place finisher at the end of the month will get $9,000 cash. Cash prizes are paid all the way down to 200th place and the prizes range from $50 to $9000. Party is also going to give “hotspot” cash prizes of $50 to every 20th place finisher between spots 220 and 2,000.
So in summary, you can get instant prizes by winning cards and then you have a chance to win more money if you earn enough cards. And on top of all that, you get to keep all the Party Points that you earn along the way. All in all, not a bad promotion at all.
