Sun Poker had previously provided its poker service on the Cryptologic network. More recently, Sun Poker made the switch to the iPoker network to provide customers with a better software package and improved game play features. The Sun Poker experience begins by first downloading the set up application for free from their official website. The initial executable file is 32 MB in size, which is a fairly fast download on most connection.

Sun Poker’s installation process is a two-phase method. The installation wizard begins by downloading all the necessary files required from Playtech and Sun Poker. Sun Poker Mac
No Mac compatible poker client is offered by Sun Poker.
